Conoco-Phillips Site

Does anyone know what happened to the 800 side of Phillips ? . I've put the correct freq's in my SC150 and i'm with-in range of the signal plus my location is on a hill . It just seem's odd i don't hear a thing on there repeater . Even with my scanner in the window i still don't hear them and i've never had any problem's
