For those who are bored, the Bayway Refinery trunking system has been upgraded to a P25 site that is part of a larger ConocoPhilips nationwide P25 system. TDMA can be heard on this system.

ConocoPhillips Bayway Refinery P25

I live within walking distance of the Refinery so I like to monitor their activities. I have been monitoring this system for a few days and manually logging around 25 TGs. So far the ones of most interest to me are:

TG 2165 Security TDMA
TG 2101 Emergency Alerts TDMA
TG 2163 Emergency Operations TDMA

The license for these frequencies states it is a Special Temporary Authorization, expiring 1/1/2017. Is this the usual step before a license becomes permanent or does it indicate the system may change.

Once this system is listed in the database, I will submit the other TGs I have, which are mostly Operations groups.

Seems the STA is due to a Freq Exchange, digging back into the STA Application
Hope the Link works

Using the Analyze feature on my old PSR600 it indicates N589 and yes system ID remains 581. I am presuming the N stands for NAC.

Very interested what a Band Plan looks like for a 900 Mhz Phase 2 System.

Anyone run Unitrunker on it?

Besides the others already identified, I have the following, which I will submit to database after monitoring more to ascertain specific uses. Currently I have not been able to break down uses other than "general operations" in most cases. All are TDMA.

2127 WaterFront Ops

All of these are General Operations, pending further monitoring.

2103 2123 2145 2219
2105 2125 2147 2221
2107 2131 2149 2223
2111 2133 2153 2225
2115 2135 2157
2119 2143 2171

What is interesting to me is PDV Spectrum is swapping precious spectrum to ConocoPhilips, that's something you don't see everyday.
