Constant Carrier on 446.100?

If you can identify, or provide an approximate location for, the constant carrier on 446.100 MHz (a ham repeater's input frequency), please advise.

Could be a "birdie" in your receiver or noise from a near by oscillator such as a computer.

In what area are you located? Also, have you heard the carrier just at home, or do you hear it mobile as well (preferably with a different receiver)? I know my TS-2000 has some birdies in the 440 band, and I've picked up a nice one from my cordless phone that gets through the mixer at 445.950
