In miami FL and keep getting close call on my Uniden SDS100 to open on 110.591666MHz getting it for hours every day for weeks now but no data packets, no voice, no encryption. Anything that could cause that frequency to open on sch 5 setting. Anyone else in South FL getting that. It has to be high above the rest of the band for CC to open on it. moved the radio, different antenna etc. but still opening.

Sounds like it's probably an image of some strong RF noise at your location (presuming these hits are all at the same place).
That frequency doesn't ring any spectrum bells.

low side of the air navigation 108 to 118 range.

would you have a radio tuned to 99.9 in the house, would you ?
110.6Mhz is an aviation VOR frequency. But, I don’t see it listed as being used in Florida.
No radios tuned to 99.9 none in the house even. 110.6 is still coming up even outside my building. 143 came up once but it's still consistently 110.591666. Could a microwave cause that or I live close to a 5G phone tower on my street at lighting pole level I closed all breakers to my my apt and it didn't change or stop. I also got an RF signal strength detector and when the signal goes off it goes to full bars. What else could it be.

You don't have another receiver you can set to 110.6 and set its squelch to 0 and wait patiently for the signal to appear?
You could try that with the SDS100 but its squelch are unreliable and even when set to 0 it can mute the audio from a non 2-way radio signal.
What's the interval of the signal according to that RF signal meter, how long is it on and whats the time between transmissions?
