Does anyone have any tips or pointers to pickup radio traffic for Consumers? I have tried to put in the control channel, but I guess I am not doing something correct, because I am getting nothing.

They are a EDACS Standard, you need to enter all frequencies in order as they appear. I have a PSR-600 and have the frequences starting in LCN 8, 856.81250 (9)858.81250 (10) 859.81250911) 860.81250 (12) 855.63750. This works for me, This is for Allegan co

I listen to Consumers Energy all the time. As mentioned it is a Edacs standard system so make sure you have the scanner set for that. From the database for the Ionia tower program channel 9 as 853.5625, channel 10 as 855.6625, and channel 11 as 856.3375. channel 11 is the control channel ,and channel 10 will be the alternate. Also turn on the I - Call function as they are a major user of this. Hope this is a help to you.
