Continuous emails from listener

I’m getting constant emails from a listener (using the “report feed audio” button) complaining that they are getting ads when listening. I’ve tried reaching out to them several times but I continue to get emails from them, and it’s getting quite annoying. Is there an admin that can take a look and maybe try reaching out to the user for me?

Go to the help tab on your feed management page and submit a help request.

I've been getting the same emails. I wonder if they're from the same person? JoanieC is who I get them from.

I'm getting them as well but from other members. I usually PM them and tell them to contact the Broadcastify staff.
