Control BCD536HP from PC?

I keep seeing people use an app where they can seemingly control their 536HP from their PC but I can't figure out what it is. This may be addressed elsewhere in the forum, my apologies if I am repeating it, but I can't find it. I am fairly new to this with no experience. Like "I listened to my grandpa's Realistic Patrolman back in the day and now I bought my own scanner" type experience.

Uniden also has the Siren app for Iphone and Android mobile phones. The Android version needs to be run with an older version number, I believe that version 5 are the highest one that are fully working. You can probably get an old Samsung S4 for some $10-$20. I can sit in the garden, as long as the WiFi has coverage, and listen to my scanner sitting indoors connected to a roof antenna.

Your PROSCAN License can be run on 2 different PC's at the same time.
Also you can run as many copies of PROSCAN on the same PC as your PC will support (I run 16 on one License on one PC).

While I was out tuning my antenna I started using Siren too. Pretty neat app, thanks for the suggestion!
