Control channel bleeding in audio stream

I've tried several of my Ratshack scanners on one of my feeds and I can hear the control channel buzzing away in the background using either output on the radio. Any tricks to get rid of it? I've gone through all the volume adjustments to no avail. I am using the Ratshack filter 270-054 but I get it with or without it.
