It's not a mot 25 system.

You must program it in as Motorola VHF Hi. You will also need the base, offset and spacing. The only thing you won't need are the voice channels.

There's a faq on programming the older Uniden scanners for the Bell Mobility Radio Fleetnet system in the Eastern Canada forum. The only difference will be you want control channel only trunking and you won't need the voice channels.
