can anybody tell me who this freq. belongs to? 868.9125 id 03568 only hear half of comms.

That's the control channel for the Shelby site of the NC VIPER state-wide radio system.

3568 is the Troop H District 4 talkgroup for the NC SHP. You only hear the dispatcher side of the comms because the mobile units are likely responding via their low-band radios.

because i was hearing traffic for 85 southbound. thought it was the lower end of 85 near ga line. the mile markers were low numbers. but i guess it is the top end of 85 near nc line.
