Control for AOR/ICOM/Uniden/RS with audio recording.

I Stumbled across this piece of software while searchin gfor a controller software for my Icom. Reportedly supports AOR, Icom, Uniden and Radio Shack radios and scanners.

The price is reasonable and they have a demo download available.

Who knows what exact scanners it works with or if it works well, but I thought I'd share.

I will say one thing - he's got a fast site. I can't tell you how long it took for me to download 1.41 megs, because I never saw the download window.

Unfortunately the only Uniden it supports is the 895, and it doesn't support GRE/RS or Yaesu/Vertex in any way, so it's of no use to me.

I wrote a review of this software for the Strong Signals website. It's very nice software, but as someone else wrote, it only supports the old 895. I use it as my primary weapon when I'm monitoring milair.

The person that wrote it has no real interest in further development and refinement; it's a real shame, as if it was tweaked up just a little, and added support for the newer Unidens, it could conceivably challenge Scancat and Scanstar's products for ease of use and coverage.
