What determines if a Controller stays parked on a certain frequency instead of rotating except in cases of S.C.A.T. or V.O.C.?
Do L.T.R. MulitNet, Passport or E.S.A.S. Controllers work the same way?
Do L.T.R. MulitNet, Passport or E.S.A.S. have their own version of S.C.A.T. /V.O.C.?
