Conventional Bank Tags ?

I've read all of the posts and the pro-97 manual and I can't find an answer to this. When the pro-97 is scanning and stops in a conventional bank it just displays the alpha tag and not the bank tag. Is this suppose to be the way or am I doing something wrong? I know the bank tag is there because I see it when I got to that channel manually. The motorola banks display both alpha and bank tags.

Thanks all who looked but I have been told that the bank tag info is not displayed. The pl/dpl info is displayed on that line and I haven't entered that info yet that is why nothing was showing.
