Conventional on PRS 800

Having problem programming conventional channels to a scan list,just wondering if it can be done or is it just channels in the database?everything else is perfect,using the software to program any advise would be appreciated.

Run EZScan, click Conv Freq tab, click New bar at top right. Type freq, alpha tag it make tone settings if needed. Scanlist 01 is default but change as desired by double clicking the 1. Deselect 1 and select other list(s).
