Apologies for confusion - as understood - when a forum member requests a start conversation with another member it's generated in both the requested user's email (yours truly/Arkmood) and also on RR forum as started conversation - checked email and directed to "View this conversation" click box and whooshed to RR forum - received:
"Oops! We ran into some problems.
The requested conversation could not be found." ...
