PSREdit: Convert a PSRedit file to upload into butel?

Is there a way to convert a PSRedit file to upload into butel? I tried downloading the data from the scanner into butel and nothing appeared. I have a whistler 1065 that I need to merge talkgroups on. I could not figure out how to import new talkgroups into already existing profile using PSRedit. I had to create a new profile with addtional talkgroups that I wanted to monitor.

You could write the information to the scanner with PSREdit500, then download it from the scanner into ARC500...

As far as adding new talkgroups, if you're trying to import them from RadioReference, import them into a new system, then switch to the trunked tab, select all of the talkgroups in the new system (select 1 and then Press the Ctrl-A key combination) and right click on one of them. In the menu that appears, choose the option to move the talkgroup object to another system and then select the system you want them in. You can then delete the new system that was imported.
