Now I get that the blue tint at the top of the windshield may some times make white look a little blue, (had that happen with my interior light when I was a ff) but not that blue. And the last I checked, yellow and blue made green, not red.

That story is unbelievable!. Claims he had only had yellow lights but when the reporter asked him to turn them on, they were red/blue located inside top of windshield. What an idiot!. Some people have just whacked out minds, no pun intended. This guy needs to be prosecuted, especially after the high speed pursuit that killed someone.
