DOES ANYONE HAVE A COPY OF THE BOOK "COP TALK!" HOW TO LISTEN IN ON LAW ENFORCEMENT COMMUNICATIONS"? IS THIS A GOOD BOOK? IS THERE ALOT OF GOOD INFO IN THIS BOOK?

Dont know anything about the book. Its more of a dummys guide to scanning thing I gather from what I have read.
But it does look like your caps lock key is stuck in the on position. I suggest you fix that.
