i read it about it sometime in Aug-Sept on CBSNews.com, they even had an extended version of the video where the subjects in the suburban shot at a couple more Units later on in the chase. I tried to find it again tonight with no luck.

i think that car in the photos is a seperate car, i looked a little further and a while back and remember that they caught the bad guys, in the video you can see push bars on the front of the car that gets shot up, in the pix there are no bars on that car, i had read several cars were shot at,,just think,when he approaches the ramp he almost kept going but quickly took the ramp and was behind them, if hed kept going forward he probably would have taken a hit to himself, it could have been worse.

Yea, that almost looks to spell "Schertz" on the car door. That is down by San Antonio (just north of SA on I-35), not near Dallas. I wouldn't think that he would have pursued the guy that far!

On the Schertz PD website ( http://www.schertz.com/police/default.asp ), the bottom graphic looks like the same graphics as in this above pics also.
