Copy 1 Bank and paste to another

Hi everyone! I just got my BC796D...I'm having a little trouble with my banks. Someone was nice enough to e-mail me their Wayne County .ssd file so I can import it into my scanner...however it imports into bank 8. I'd like it to be bank 1. Is there a way I can copy bank 8 and paste it into bank 1 without having to copy 1 freq at a time? The software is cool, but it doesn't explain things very well....

Ok...I just opened the .ssd file with word pad and edited the list directly...that worked fine. However, I am noticing I'm getting all the Detroit PD calls...and not a single Downriver one. Considering I'm in Allen Park and not Detroit, I would think I'd hear all of Allen Park. I must be doing something wrong. Although I think the Brownstown PD just said they were stopping at Farmer Jack... Maybe they're not that busy???
