I am a premium subscriber and a newbie. The gre/rs arc500 software does not have the info i am looking for so I did a manual search and found what I am looking for or am I missing something? It seems that these should be a pretty popular frequencies that people would want. Here is the link:

Department of Public Safety (DPS) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference

Toward the bottom is the troop h info I would like to add to the pro 106. Can I just copy and past to the software and if so wont the info be scrambled? It appears I might have to input all that info 1 line at a time. your thoughts? Here is the link:

In the ARC 500 you can copy and paste but it doesn't put the info in the correct columns. It puts it all in the frequency column. However you can paste just the frequencies and then type in the alpha tags. However you should be able to pull this info up on the RR database and download it to the program. I looked at MO and what you need to do is bring up the RR database and choose MO for the state but do not choose a county. Go to agency and then from the drop down list to Dept of Public Safety. You can then choose Highway Patrol and then check Troop H and all the info will be put in for you. You can then make any modifications in the information by editing. Hope this helps.

If you have a spreadsheet program, such as Excel, you can copy and paste the info, as a whole, into the SS. Then, you can delete what isn't relevant, and format it (columns) into the correct order.

After that, you can then do a 'block' copy/paste into ARC500.

And if you have Excel 2003 or later, you can use Data>From Web>go to website>tic Troop G (which will provide Troop H info--don't know why).

Then edit as follows:
42.4000 Troop H Disp-1 ctcss 173.8 PL
42.7800 Troop H Mob -1 ctcss 173.8 PL
42.4000 Troop H c2c -1 ctcss 173.8 PL
42.0000 MHP S/W C2C -1 ctcss 186.2 PL
456.2750 Troop H MR 1 -1 ctcss 173.8 PL
456.4750 Troop H MR 2 -1
460.3375 Troop H MR 3 -1
42.1200 -1
42.3800 -1
42.5800 -1
452.4000
