Copyrighted materials

So I just had Mike Wazowski, the global DB admin try to tell me that I was asking or soliciting copyrighted software. He can point you to the place where he ASSumed that i did by reading a fraction of the post.
My complaint is this... he's talking about copyrighted materials and yet here he is using an image and name from a Disney Pixar movie, Monsters Inc
Was that approved by Pixar and if not, was it approved by RR administration?
Just doesn't sit well with me. He's a hypocrite and if it's not taken care of then I will contact Pixar as I do have a few screenshots with his use of it and his location in Canada and he could be dragging RR into a law suit.
