thats correct no EDACS for TXDOT

I heard some of the Hero program guys today on the SAUA system north of New Braunfels helping out with flat tires etc... I know the program covers a lot of highways but I didn't think the SAUA system would reach north of NB. Even with the Topperwein site being the closest tower on the North/NE side. I didn't see any patches to other systems either. LCRA would be the logical one I would assume.

HERO Program is starting in the San Antonio area it is also in El Paso Area as well
