The LA County page has an entry for Costco Burbank on 151.9475, but this is not a valid channel in the bandplan (it's one of the 7.5 kHz non-channels on either side of MURS3). Can someone local confirm what channel is actually in use?

Try 151.685 and 151.865. Listed under WQMZ420 for Costco Burbank. I last confirmed them a few years ago but don't know if they still use the same freqs or same radios.
