Sorry for the late reply... All the info you have is accurate
If you have a pro-95 with DonStarr software you can get the 300 MHz and it does work.
East Burrough is on the Talk groups But if you are using P95 file it will be on the Sherriff Talk group. If not I will load it up for you in P-95 and P-93 format.
I got a new rig so I been playing on it and been neglecting my post.
