Hey all,

I am in a senior capstone group with the objective to create an RF mixer capable of going to (at least) the 2400-2483.5 MHz range. My group's focus has been to use a double balanced diode mixing circuit to achieve this. The difficulties in this has been finding a relevant schematic to use that has specific component values so we can implement it onto a PCB for testing. I'd be grateful if anyone might have knowledge or access to resources that could be shared to assist us.

Hope this helps. There really is a wealth of info on the DBM. Mini circuits and Watkins Johnson were on the forefront of modern developments.

These days the approach is to buy a complete mixer package, Though you can make your own on stripline or using lumped value parts in that range. Depends on your objective.
