ProScan: could not find file.

I just purchased PROSCAN for the second time, thinking maybe the first copy had a problem. I cannot even get in "front door". PROSCAN version 21.2.
"unable to open the favorites list. could not find file. C:\users\xps89\one drive\documents\" I assume it is looking for Sentinel's Favorites List.
How do I fix problem to move on. Thank You for your time

Go to the File menu then click on Open then navigate to the Favorites Folder or you can click on New then type in a folder name then read from the scanner.

Check out virus and threat protection If you can't find a file in Windows 10 and above. Unsigned .exe and other files (even in ZIP compressed forms) can be placed in quarentee and availble for search.

PROSCAN RADIO FEED. appreciate the refund offer, but I am determined to get the program to work with mgy scanners
I have heard wonderful things about the program and want to experience them myself.
