Which county, Frank? Looking at the database, if you have that county's frequencies and talkgroups you should hear them, unless you have locked some specific talkgroup out or not entered it. In ID Search, you should see everything - in ID Scan, only those talkgroups you've programmed. A little more specifics please - we've got more than a few folks here that can help
Some thoughts - did you program the New Castle County police talkgroups as listed in the database (since you mentioned Wilmington)? Did you perhaps put that under a quick key that needs to be activated? Did you perhaps lock out that quick key or list?
