County updates

Saw on the map there are multiple county updates, when clicking on county nothing in green to indicate an change. Going to the date of the change it says multiple Frequency updates, no clue what the changes have been made. Anyone have idea?

Mode was changed on several frequencies from FM to FMN. There are still many counites that need updating, but I was looking at some frequencies yesterday and updated a few counties.
