Was wondering who dispatches FD for Enfield? Don't see them listed in Lakes Region, Upper Valley or Twin state dispatch. Maybe Lebanon covers that area?
Next question regarding the Sheriffs Office. Is there any reason not to avoid the analog frequencies, as they are just duplicates of the P25 frequencies? Also, saw 5 bars on the signal strength indicator on one of their P25 frequencies, but no audio......do they encrypt sometimes?
And finally, been listening to Enfield PD for a while & haven't heard a peep. I know it's a small town & not much happens here....
Thanks for any info you can provide.

Enfield FD is dispatched by Hanover. Possibly on the repeater channel and not the main dispatch channel. Lebanon no longer dispatches for anyone else. Enfield PD is 155.7075 I think, although I'm not sure if Hanover talks to them on that or if it's just for their use between units.

Hopefully someone who listens to them more often will chime in, but maybe that will help you out for now.

Enfield FD (and others) is dispatched by UVRDC/Hannover on 153.950/141.3.
Enfield PD (and others) are dispatched by Hannover on 155.595/141.3, unsure of the current use of 155.7075.
Not sure if there is ever encryption on the Sheriff's Dept frequencies, I would just leave them as P25 mode. Perhaps they have an alternate NAC for a different repeater site and that's why your could not decode the audio.
