Coweta now merged with WARRS?

I was bored at lunch and kicked on Wild, I'm picking up coweta 911 constantly (15001) and the work groups so far. Using the carroll/haralson control. Anyone have information on this?

I've been picking up Coweta SO Primary on Carroll County's CC also.
