CPD 3rd District Dispatch on LEERN

Hearing the Cleveland 3rd District Dispatch on the VHF LEERN (154.935) freq all day to day.

Some sort of a patch. Only the dispatchers traffic is going to LEERN.

Had pursuit between 3rd,4th dist. last night with Post 18 involved. Post 18 was trying to use LEERN so not sure if its related and they didn't de-patch.

I haven't heard anything on LEERN in N.E. Ohio in years.

That's probably what it was. It appears to be shutdown. I haven't heard any Traffic on the VHF LEERN for about an hour.

The Dispatchers patches to LEERN don't happen often, maybe a couple of times in a year. FYI: There is also a CPD LEERN Talk Group, TG56128 which my scanner shows over 700 hits on it.
