CPD search warrant notifications

Hello,
I would like to know why I don't here search warrant notifications made over zones anymore? Do they do this via cell phone now? Or am I just simply missing it by not catching it at the right time? Thanks

They probably have encrypted channels for that now that the CPD P25 system is up and running.

That's one reason. Maybe the Zone just received a call of a "man with a gun" or "burglary in progress" etc. The notification goes out once the premises are secured, not before the execution of the warrant.
