First of all, I have been trying to solve this my self, with no luck.
So, now I have to ask for some help.

I open EZscan and when I am finished editing in EZscan I close the program.

Problem is the CPU is still open and won't close.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for any advise.

Maybe folks could help you if you explained what this thing is that you're calling "CPU". Because I doubt it's actually the central processing unit in your PC.

If you're saying that E-Z Scan won't close on your computer, you may have a corrupted copy installed...you can easily uninstall, download a fresh copy from Whistler, and reinstall. You can save your configuration first, or just re-read it from the SD card. If that doesn't fix it, then you may have an issue with the computer/OS itself.

If this isn't the issue, I agree with the above post...more info needed.
