Can anyone in this community do me a favor and reach out to this poster? I saw the ad yesterday and would like to purchase this scanner, but he doesn't want to ship it out as I am from Massachusetts. I do work in the shipping/receiving department, so I can take care of shipping related costs. Message me for more details. Thanks.

A guy posted that he found a scanner in the lost and found at his work. Had no idea what it was. Someone told him that it was a police scanner. He was selling it for 25 bucks. I emailed him a day after it was posted, asking if it was still available. He responded back yes. To me, it looked like a pro 106. Since I'm out of state, I offered to buy it, even sending him supplies to ship it in and have it send it back to me, with a money order included. He didn't respond back, but changed his posting to that it was a pro 651, he's not shipping it to anyone and no trades. 25 dollars firm. Also changed the reply back with just his phone number. I called him this morning and left a message. Didn't respond back.
