Would this 11 lb antenna be to much weight for a channel master rotor?

Channel Master makes several rotors so your answer is yes and no. Look up the specs by model number and your question is answered.

You might also consider the Create Log-Periodic 5130-2N . It's much smaller, but not as wide band. 100~1300 MHz. It would be a lot less wind load on a rotor.

I have a ham rotor and controler,, that I used for the moonracker but it's on another tower and didn't want to have to get another one if a channelmaster rotor would do the job

I've had one on a radio shack rotor for of couple years, no problem
