Just put 22,000 frequencies into our work scanner, and the boss wants a list of what's in there. Is there a way to export everything at once as a readable data file? To print it would be 280 pages, and I can cut and past into Excel, but again, 22,000 frequencies, would take hours.

22000??? I really hope that you don't scan all those channels all the time - even as quick as the scanner is, it would take entirely too much time to return to the beginning...

FreeScan can export to a CSV file, which you can directly import into Excel - if ARC-XT doesn't have this capability, there's a (free) alternative...Mike

ARC-XT can only export 1 system at a time. That would be relatively painless with a "normal" system count, but I concur with ka3jjz that that is not productive unless most of them are locked out at any one time. As he hinted, there is another solution: FreeSCAN. Just download your scanner contents to FreeScan and then you can export in an excel file.

I am guessing I have around 4k frequemcies in my scanner and it even takes a bit for it to scan those. I lock some out to make it faster at times.. I cant imagine needing 22 thousand frequencies..

Most of these aren't going to be scanned at the same time, and many of those are contingency channels that aren't going to be scanned unless the world comes to an end.

We're setting up all the scanners the same way so our units can travel to different areas and scan the channels as needed.
