the Hoosier state, baby.
Probably just interference with an FM broadcast station near you. I get interference from 96.1 FM on 13990-995 KHz and 101.3 FM 13540-545 KHz all the time.

why don't I hear words, commercials, or breaks between music? instead of nonstop psycho-psycho-psycho-psycho-psycho-psycho

maybe it's in my head. anybody care to listen to 13590 and independently verify?

There is something there and not anything I've heard before

Seems like USB or LSB as there is no definite carrier

Just a wild ass guess - Sounds like feedback cycling through an echo board

no change except now there are faint echos of a voice in the background. can't make out what he's saying.

doesn't sound like a broadcast. sounds like a cult leader addressing cult members. heavy reverb.

music went away for a minute, newsy announcement music for a sec. switching back and forth with the psycho music, [whoever] still talking. made out "wounded people". female voice once in a while. said "hamas", sainai", "attack", still can't make it out over the psycho music

ongoing

the halloween music has been on for at least an hour (when I first heard it) and it[s a pretty sloppy signal covering a few kHz, waterfall shows diagonal bands. maybe they knew the time this broadcast would start and started jamming before it started. but the voices have such heavy reverb, that's not normal either. and there's no other broadcast apparent. so I don't think we're hearing a jammed broadcast, neither is it jamming something else.

I don't know why anybody would broadcast a message that is so difficult to understand.
