I do not envy the effort that putting out that fire will take. There used to be a tire salvage company that had a pile of 10,000 plus tires in Bellevue, very close to the Missouri river and the BN railroad tracks on the East end of Sarpy County, NE.

Thanks to the BNRR, we used virtually all of the AFFF we had getting that fire under control. The only redeeming thing was that the railroad paid for all the resources we used.

That was one long day...
