Crossville and Cumberland County

I have a guy trying to hear Cumberland County SO and Crossville PD and FD on a WS1065. He has the new P25 system as well as the legacy analog channels as per the database but is not hearing anything on them at all. He knows the radio works as he can hear the NOAA weather channels.

Any ideas why he is not hearing them? He is in Crossville itself and so is in the coverage area.

If he is in the General and immediate area he should hear it, it could be possible simulcast distortion. Here in Fayette County KY we have a 6 site system and with out a outside antenna your not gonna hear it indoors with a stock
