Croton Point Park?

Hello just a quick question about Croton point park New York radio frequencies saw a big antenna mounted on their building when I visited the other day put in some of the Westchester County frequencies but never heard anything does anybody know what their radio frequency is? Perhaps they are on the trunk system? Might be staying there for a week or so I'm sure it won't be super interesting but might be a little interesting to listen in could not find much posted online
