I've seen this when each Freq is dedicated to a function with maybe two TG's per Freq one SL1 the other SL2

National Geo - Panorama is one altho different CC's, is all TG: 1001

Interesting on the Ovation as in 2020 5625 was not in the Radios, looks like updates occured
