CS750 Needs an Update

I haven't been keeping up with all of the upgrades to my CS750. I currently have version 1.00.44 of the firmware. What is the process to get to the current rev 3.00.14? Also, I am assuming that I need to use CPS 4.00.38?
Not sure how all this works with an upgrade so long overdue.
