Can anyone give me a list of which frequencies to program into my scanner to receive the CSP. I have a Pro- 2096 scanner.

This is the database info:
http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=TRSDB&sid=832
Here is the trunking basics info from the Wiki
http://wiki.radioreference.com/index.php/Trunking_Basics

Since CSP is statewide, there are several sites, so each site has it's own control channels.

For example control channels (Bristol Site):
858.76250
859.48750
860.48750

Now just program in what talkgroups you want, and you will have your CSP system all set.
I'm not very familiar with the RadioShack scanners, but the CSP is not truly APCO25, it's APCO16 (someone correct me if I'm wrong) and digital (so the scanner has to be able to decode digital signal) so make sure the scanner is not set to just APCO25 but Motorola Type 2 (thats how the Uniden is setup).

So all I need to do is program in the control channels only.
not sure if you're familiar with trunking, but those are just the control channels for that site.
if you want other sites, you have to get the control channels for that specific site.
once you have that, you will need the talkgroups that interest you. all that info is found on the database from the link in my first post.

if you want to just search for talkgroups ( assuming the 2096 does that ) just pop in the control channels, and take it for a spin.

PM me if this still reads like jibberish.
