What software are you using to program your radio?

Also, the BCD325P2 isn't the greatest with simulcast which may or may not have anything to do with it.

Yeah, it shouldn't be all that difficult to get CSP. The easiest way would be to download the FreeScan software, plug your scanner into your computer, go to "file", "Import...", "RadioReference Trunked...", login to your RR account. press "connect" then, select United States and Connecticut from the drop down menus. Where it says "Available Systems:" select "CLMRN [APCO25]" from the other drop down menu. It will import everything you see selected with a blue checkmark unless you uncheck the systems you don't want, i.e. "uncheck Troop A, D," if you don't wish to pick those up. Finally hit the "import" button and you should see it on your FreeScan programming menu. Click the small picture of the scanner on the top menu bar that says "upload to scanner", it will freeze your scanner for a second as it uploads, then you should be all set. If you see it with the words displaying as it scans such as "State Police Troop H Simulcast" you've done it correctly. If you still don't hear them after a while, try a different antenna location. Hope that helps.

Let's start with the basics:
• 1) What troop do you want to monitor? There is no Troop 1 in Connecticut.
Do you mean Troop I? Troop I includes New Haven, Milford, Naugatuck, Meriden, etc.
• 2) You reference DMR, the State Police are not DMR, CLMRN is on a 7/800mhz P25 Phase II system.
• 3) When you reference LCD, are you referring to the screen or to Litchfield County Dispatch?

Let's start here so we're discussing the same things, so you can be helped on how to program your scanner.
