Was Talking A Walk Yesterday & Picked Up A CSP Id/Talk Group On My 396

The # Was 32048

Checking The TG's, I Do Not Find 32048 Listed

POSITIVE It Was CSP & 32048, Since They Mentioned Trooper 1 & The Basic CSP CAll/Badge # 3 & 4 Numerical

Activity Was Heavy On This For About 1 hr, Then Poof All Gone

Sounded Like A Narco Survellance To Me, But All Transmissions Were In The Clear & Very Interesting To Listen To Since It's Rare To Hear So Much Of It In The Clear

Any Ideas/Confirmations As To What It Could Be Would Be appreciated
