I have the Butel program for the 250 and can hear stuff on the frequencies for the zones I have added, but after that I just don't understand stuff like talk groups and specifi troop stuff.

I don't want to sound like an idiot, but I guess I do :lol:

If anybody has suggestions I appreciate any help.
