EB I-70 thru (started about MM-115) Glenwood Canyon at speeds of 100mph, then suspect vehicle exited at Hanging Lake Tunnel rest area, CSP 4-Charlie-12 successfully PIT'ed then had to fight the suspect, now in-custody requesting 2 ambs for the suspect and the trooper and the channel remains on 10-33 traffic only.
Remember also this all happened in a construction area where the interstate is down to one lane each direction.
