I'm new to this. Is there a way to import the info from a .csv file directly into an Icom R3 thru the Icom CS-R3 program? Or any other way for that matter?

tk3, the open source software I wrote in 2004 for the Icom IC-R3, can import and export memory channels in .CSV files.

I don't own an IC-R3, so I cannot provide much support.
