CSX/RAILROAD FREQ need insight

i went on the fcc site did a search to day and found now being this is in fla im pickup up stuff

im picking up weird beeping noises and heard one transmission about a derail decommission at mp 45*.* and went to static half way thru the mp location

I suspect the weird beeping noise would be RFID, or automated equipment identifier telemetry sent from the rail car reader. The derail may be the automated message for the set speed for yard entry.
